Can I choose the date for the balloon delivery ?
Yes please leave your delivery date at the checkout. Please Note Royal Mails first class recorded delivery is not Guaranteed so if you want a balloon delivery for a specific date please choose our Guaranteed special delivery option.
I need a balloon delivery for tomorrow what time does my order need to be place ?
Please order before 2.30pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery and please choose our Guaranteed special delivery option or your balloon will NOT be guaranteed to arrive the next day. Balloon deliveries for Mondays need to be placed before 10.30pm the Saturday before.
Can I order a balloon in advance ?
Yes you are able to place an order for a balloon delivery days, weeks and months in advance. Just leave your delivery date at the checkout and we will take care of the rest.
When will you dispatch my balloon in a box ?
If you choose Guaranteed special delivery we will dispatch your balloon the day before delivery. If you choose Royal Mails First class delivery we will dispatch your balloon one or two days before your delivery date ( 2 days before if you place your order in time)
What time will my balloon delivery arrive ?
All balloons sent by Guaranteed special delivery will arrive before 1pm on your chosen date guaranteed.
Will a signature be required ?
A signature will be required on all delivery options.
What happens if nobody is at the delivery address when delivery is made ?
Royal Mail will leave A sorry you was out card with instructions on where to collect the balloon in a box or options for a re-delivery.
We can place a message on the box to leave with neighbour but please let us know your request in advance via Email. There is no guarantee the postman will leave it somewhere else but most are helpfully.
Can balloons be delivered to any UK address ?
Yes we can deliver balloons to any address in the UK. Balloons sent to Hospitals, Hotels, Business addresses and Military bases are delivered to main reception / Post room for internal dispatch.
Can you deliver balloons on Sundays or Bank Holidays ?
No sorry we can not deliver on any Bank holiday or Sundays. Our delivery days are Monday to Friday and Saturdays only.
Can I order a balloon in a box if I live abroad ?
Yes if you live abroad we can process international payments but the balloon must be delivered to a UK address.
How will I know you have received my balloon order ?
You should receive a confirmation email to let you know your order has been received.
Can I trace my balloon delivery online ?
Yes we always do our best to send you a email when your balloon has been dispatched with a 13 digit tracking reference number. Simply enter the tracking number at Royal Mails web site. Click here to enter Royal Mails web site
Can I remain anonymous ?
Yes you are given the option to leave your message and name for the gift tag at the checkout but if you wish you can leave it blank with out a message or name. If the recipient phones or emails us we never disclose the buyers information. All information is stored securely, collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998. We will never disclose buyers information.
How long should my helium balloon float for ?
Helium balloons should float for 5 to 7 day but in most cases balloons float for 14 days if not a lot longer if kept in the right conditions. Sometimes Royal Mail can store parcels in cold temperatures which may cause the helium to deflate, however when the balloon enters a warm environment the helium will expand again.
What happens if my balloon delivery is delivered late, get lost or damage ?

Balloons which are transported by air (Channel islands, Northern Ireland and Scotland) could burst on very rare occasions due to the result of air pressure. We cannot accept responsbility if this happens because this is beyond our control. Customers orders for these destinations at their own risk.
